Dance Alchemy Cancellations
Dance Alchemy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to insufficient registration, classroom, equipment or instructor availability. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let participants know if a session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 1 business day before the session, whenever possible. If Dance Alchemy cancels a class, you will be given the option to transfer to a later date, up to 90 days from the original class date or be issued a credit or a refund.
Customer Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of the Drop-in class, refunds will only be given if written notice is received within 72 hours before the class begins, with the exception of medical reasons which must be documented with a letter from your doctor. If cancellation is made the day of, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days.
In the event of withdrawal of the 4-Week Sessional, refunds will only be given if written notice is received within 5 days prior to the start date, with the exception of medical reasons which must be documented with a letter from your doctor. If cancellation is made within 5 days of the 4-Week Sessional you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days.
